The National Centre for Vocational Education and Training Development (NCVETD) implements reforms in the field of Vocational Education and Training in Armenia.

For 18 years, NCVETD has worked to increase the efficiency of artisan and vocational education and training, including adult education system reforms, international integration and international recognition of qualifications. It supports vocational education and training (VET) strategy and policy development, linking VET to the labour market and participating in mechanisms for the formation of occupations and qualification standards.
