As an instrument of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Husain's vision for human resource development through training programs focusing on technical and vocational training, the National Centre for Training and Rehabilitation of Trainers was established as one of Al-Balqa Applied University's centers. It is concerned with training and qualifying trainers for the public and private sectors in the academic, applied, and professional fields. The institute aims to contribute to the development of competencies and human capacity within the community by enhancing the performance of trainers and certifying new trainers to adapt to the latest advancements in science and management. The institute focuses on training trainers locally, regionally, and internationally. The training aims to develop competencies that can effectively address various challenges, whether they are technological, technical, economic, or administrative, in the rapidly evolving field of knowledge. Well-equipped with the latest appliances, the institute will be able to fulfill its mission to the fullest. It is a source of pride for the institute to contribute to effecting change in various fields that concern fellow engineers, officers, and professionals.
