Skills Agency Georgia is incorporated for the support of development and implementation of the vocational education policy, as well as providing sustainability for the above-mentioned policy. The founding partners of the Skills Agency are The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the Legal Entity of Public Law Corporation and Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Agency undertakes its business following the principles of publicity and transparency, with the principle of equal partnership between public and private sectors, and while performing its duties fully

complies with the Georgian Constitution, International Agreements, Georgian Laws and Bylaws, International Agreements accorded between Georgia and International Financial and Donor organizations, with this Articles of Association and other legislative acts. The Agency’s objective is to enhance the development of the country’s human capital through collaboration and shared duties among the public and private sectors
