École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule (EHT) is a leading TVET initiative of the French NGO Formation et Progrès Cambodge, with over 20 years of expertise in skills development. Through strong partnerships with both local and international organizations, EHT has been instrumental in enhancing the livelihoods of Cambodian youth by providing quality education and fostering job-ready skills.
With a vibrant alumni network of over 4,750 graduates, EHT’s impact spans across the hospitality, tourism, and other sectors, both within Cambodia and internationally. Each year, EHT welcomes around 300 students, with 30% benefiting from full scholarships.
EHT offers five ASEAN-certified programs, accredited by Cambodia’s Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training and Ministry of Tourism, including: Food & Beverage Service, Food Production Cookery, Food Production Patisserie, Front Office & Housekeeping, Travel Agencies Operations.
These programs ensure students receive high-quality, industry-relevant training that prepares them for successful careers in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
