2ème Congrès international de l'UNESCO sur l'EFTP, Séoul, 1999.This is the Final Report of UNESCO’s Second International Congress on Technical and Vocational Education held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 26-30 April 1999. It includes an introductory chapter, the keynote presentations held in the plenary sessions, the reports of the four commissions, the oral report of the Rapporteur-General, and the recommendations adopted at the Congress.
