It gives a comprehensive presentation of the programme of activities carried out by the IIEP during the 1996-1997 biennium, which corresponds to the first phase of the IIEP Sixth Medium-Term Plan (1996-2001). The IIEP has contributed significantly to the reinforcement of the capacity of UNESCO Member States in educational administration and management through training, research and studies, and dissemination.
