Globalization, increasing international competition, changes in the demographic development and in the requirements of the labour market are the main challenges for vocational education and training. Many countries have realized the need for development and are seeking for advise and support to modernize their vocational education and training systems. Germany and the Federal Insitute for Vocational Training (BIBB) are requested partners for international cooperation and advise. This brochure gives and overview of the activities and advisory services offered by BIBB as an international centre of competence in VET.
