The seminar aimed to promote the use of modern techniques and methodologies for curriculum development in technical and vocational education through: linking TVE curricula to the world of work; integrating TVE subjects and other general subjects in the curricula and promoting the equal access of girls and women to TVE programmes. The report includes the topics discussed and general recommendations for development and up-grading of TVE programmes in the region.
