This publication presents the results of a Round Table held in Amman, Jordan, from 02-04 March 1997, in the context of a workshop entitled “Enhancement of Learning and Training Opportunities for Youth”. It served to develop elements of a plan of action for enhancing access of girls and women to science and technology education.
