Learning resource centre (LRC)Parent term: Learning  A place in an educational institution (institute, college, centre or school) housing a collection of books and other resources (print, electronic, audiovisual, and equipment) for reference or loan to support the educational programmes of the institution. Learning Resource Centres also conduct information literacy programms, providing instruction in the effective use of information resources.
