The severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on skills training has led TVET institutions to seek solutions to shared challenges. The Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET) has used the opportunity to strengthen collaboration with other UNEVOC Centres in the region and collect best practices in coping with the COVID-19 crisis.
KRIVET worked with fellow UNEVOC Network members within the East and Southeast Asian Cluster to compile eight case studies from six countries in this report. The topics covered range from COVID-19 response to open and digital learning, migrant female workers, and TVET strategies to deal with youth unemployment.
