Following the launch of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) programme in November 2025, nominated GESI focal points from the UNEVOC Network have completed a series of capacity-building programmes, comprising seven modules on the UNESCO Online Learning Platform and five live webinars.
Participants were encouraged to develop pilot projects aimed at practical and sustainable improvements in gender equality and social inclusion, with a focus on their institutional needs and priorities.
The programme concluded on 17 March with an open webinar showcasing pilot projects from selected UNEVOC Centres — demonstrating concrete pathways to more gender‑responsive TVET.
