The National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) is an autonomous TVET institution dedicated to strengthening the link between education and industry. Its strategic direction is guided by four core pillars:
Educational Leadership: NPIC provides a broad range of programmes, from short-term vocational training to postgraduate engineering education. These programmes are designed to equip learners with strong technical competencies and a solid scientific foundation relevant to Cambodia’s development needs.
Digital Transformation: The institute is advancing the integration of digital technologies across its operations, including teaching and learning processes, institutional management, and communication systems, with the aim of improving efficiency, accessibility, and transparency.
Social Empowerment: NPIC actively contributes to national initiatives to expand access to skills development, including the Cambodian government’s “1.5 Million Vocational Training Program.” Through such efforts, the institute supports disadvantaged youth in acquiring practical skills for employment and improved livelihoods.
Economic Contribution: By aligning its training programmes with labour market needs and promoting entrepreneurship, NPIC prepares graduates with industry-relevant skills. These efforts support workforce development and contribute to Cambodia’s economic growth and industrial development.
