The interest of the Kingdom of Bahrain in technical and vocational education, specifically in developing UNEVOC centers, plays a crucial role in shaping the Bahraini’s TVET landscape.
The Kingdom of Bahrain placing TVET among its government priorities and the strategic plan of the Ministry of Education (2023-2026) and achieving the goals that the Ministry of Education (MoE) aspires to, in order to transform education in the technical and vocational field into a stage in which the necessary skills are developed for the life of higher education, this can be achieved by preparing the students to broaden their knowledge and skill set, and to explore and access more applied specialization that related to technical and vocational area.
The Ministry of Education (MoE) seeks to develop a qualitative education system to reach a high degree of excellence and creativity.
As a result, the Ministry of Education (MoE) keeps working to advance specialized courses and implements and assesses quality requirements to improve education's effectiveness and quality in accordance with international standards, as outlined in the Kingdom of Bahrain's laws governing private education institutions, higher education.
