CINOP is an independent, (inter)national centre of expertise and research, specialised in lifelong learning, technical and vocational education & training (TVET) and adult education. Our clients and partners are educational institutions, schools, umbrella organisations, industry associations, training & development funds, companies, EU-, national- and local- authorities, centres of expertise, international bodies and NGO’s.

CINOP supports these organisations in the following areas:

- vision and policy processes

- program management and project management

- promotion of expertise through training and courses

- team development and coaching

- policy and practical research, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis

- development or improvement of TVET mechanisms, procedures and instruments

International activities:

In the EU-context CINOP is designated by the Dutch government and the European Commission as National Coordination Point for EU instrumenst and networks in the field of vocational education and training such as EQAVET, EQF/NLQF, Euroguidance and EPALE. In the Netherlands, CINOP is also the ReferNet national partner for CEDEFOP. As such, CINOP strongly interacts within the EU wide networks of each of these themes in TVET and adult education.

CINOP Global is active in various countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. We support institutions and stakeholders of the skills ecosystem in promoting opportunities for lifelong learning and enabling people to develop their practical and technical skills and help strengthening TVET systems and stakeholders worldwide. CINOP is committed to the optimal participation of everyone in society, today and tomorrow.
