The DPCCE is actively involved in planning developing and coordinating polytechnics and community colleges throughout Malaysia. Polytechnics and community colleges conduct certificate, diploma and bachelor's degree programmes in the field of engineering, technology, commerce and services for post-secondary students. The duration of these programmes are between 3 to 5 years.
