TESDA Online Program

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), under the Philippines Department of Labor and Employment (Government agency, Philippines)


The TESDA Online Program (TOP) aims to make technical education more accessible to Filipino citizens. Contents include: agriculture, automotive, electrical and electronics, entrepreneurship, human health/ health care, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, information and communication technology, lifelong learning skills, maritime, social, community development and other services, tourism and TVET. ‘Log in’ required to access the resources.

Note: The resources are not OER, but are free for Filipino citizens.
