This guidebook on curriculum development and adaptation was developed by a Technical Working Group of selected experts from 9 countries in the region at its meeting held at Pandit Sunderlal Sharma Central Institute for Vocational Education, Bhopal, India from 29 November to 6 December 1994. The information in the guidebook is supplemented by an additional publication of documents which include two templates for curriculum formats and a series of case studies outlining aspects of curriculum development from some participating countries.
