This is the Final Report of a Sub-Regional Workshop held in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia, from 11-15 May 1997. The workshop was attended by participants form Bahrain, Oman, Saudia Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. A set of recommendations is included.
