This document is the final report of a Seminar for Key Personnel from Africa and Asia held in Berlin, Germany, 02-12 May 1995. It presents a wide range of perspectives on and experience of co-operation between technical and vocational education and the world of work, including reports from Nigeria, South Africa, Swaziland, Uganda, and Kenya. It is a valuable resource to guide people who are responsible for the promotion of such co-operation.
