Vocational pedagogy

The science, art and craft of teaching and learning vocational education' or 'the sum total of the many decisions which vocational teachers take as they teach, adjusting their approaches to meet the needs of learners and to match the context in which they find themselves.'

The term vocational pedagogy is understood as the sum total of the many decisions which vocational teachers and trainers take as they teach, adjusting their approaches to meet the needs of learners and to match the context in which they find themselves. This simplified approach of the concept allows for comparability across different countries and understandings.
