Gender-Transformative Pedagogy (GTP) is an approach to teaching that not only responds to gender differences but actively challenges and transforms the stereotypes, norms, and power relations that limit learners’ opportunities.
GTP challenges stereotypes, shifts unequal power relations, and promotes gender equality through teaching.
